The location of this hotel is great as it's just a 25-minute walk to either the Lizard or Kynance Cove and also very close to local beaches. it's close to the sea and not far from a village or town. the rooms are spacious, comfy, and come with everything that you need such as tidy and clean facilities, comfy beds, and exceptional breakfast with local sourced produce.

The hotel lacks additional amenities such as a pool or gym, which can be a letdown for those looking to get some exercise on their vacation.

Great value for money, room was clean and cozy with a beautiful Greek-style interior. The location was perfect, close to Kynance Cove and Lizard Point. The hosts, Roy and Jayne, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. The silence at night and the starry skies were a real treasure.
